Yesterday I was off, so I went out for running in the morning. As I had no time to post the running log after the workout yesterday, today I post it. 昨日は仕事が休みだったので朝からランニングをしました。しかし、昨日はワークアウトの後、時間がなくてランニングログを投稿できなかったので、今日、投稿しています。

I had not done real running for a week in order to avoid having a pain at my left carf again. In this workout, I ran 22 km carefully at easy pace. As the result, I didn't feel any pain throughout the workout. I was relieved for now. 左ふくらはぎの痛みが再発するのを避けるため、実走を1週間控えていました。今回のワークアウトは22kmをイージーペースで慎重に走りました。結果としてワークアウトの間、痛みは出ませんでした。ひとまずはホッとしました。。
