My legs had recovered from the fatigue of the full marathon on Sunday. The pain at my left Achilles' tendon also had got better. (I thought so.) So today I went out for running after work. 日曜のフルマラソンの疲労から足も回復し、左のアキレス腱の痛みもよくなった(と思った)ので、今日は仕事の後、ランニングをしました。

This is the first workout after the full marathon, so I ran shorter distance at easier pace. In the beginning of the workout, I was able to run confortably. But in the middle of the workout, I started feeling a pain at my left ankle, which was the same pain that I had felt during the full marathon. これがフルマラソン後最初のワークアウトだったので、短めの距離を楽なペースで走ることにしました。序盤は気持ちよく走れたのですが、中盤になって左の足首にフルマラソンの時と同じ痛みを感じ始めました。

Oh, no, my left Achilles' tendon had not recovered enough yet. I restarted my workout too early.... Anyway, I finished 11km with feeling the pain. しまった、左のアキレス腱はまだ回復していなかったようです。ワークアウトを再開するのが早すぎました・・・・。ともかく痛みを感じながら11km走り終えました。

I should have taken a rest for more days after the race..... もう少しレース後の休養を長くとるべきでした・・・・
