Pumping Chest, by @titofit

Hello all exhaust members and futness lovers. Today i did my chest workout. 6 exercises x 5 sets. I start with bench press 2sets x 20kg for warming and then 1 set 50kg , one set 80kg and 3 sets with 100kg. Second exercise was upper chest on machine - 5 sets x 75 kg.
