A lot of energy is moving, tons of shifting happening and it can be easy to lose our footing.
For me right now the most nourishing thing has been ritual.
Daily walking 3 miles a day no matter the weather, yoga at least 3x a week, strength training 3x a week with Bryan.
Tending to the mind, body and nervous system can feel overwhelming but if we take it bit by bit, it can be a way to do it with less pressure- as of course I’ve learned how much stress completely threatens to negate many other positive actions like nutrition and exercise.
