Solid lunch hour run. Knees are feeling significantly stronger / more robust / anti-fragile since starting a regular yoga practice again.
All the TLC / maintenance / recovery work is important after all, it would seem.
Forgot my headphones for this run, which I think was actually to my benefit. Was really able to focus on and pay attention to my breath without getting pulled into the music and subconciously trying to make my cadence match the beat.
