Hi guys, I did few sets of core workout few days consecutively since new year to strengthen my core so that my abs and lower back can support my distance training. The results were very encouraging for easy 7km run today. I felt that my body is becoming stronger and less tiring. I usually do core workout 6 months prior to my upcoming marathons. Today's weather was abit hot and humid at 30 degree celsius. I drank 2 litres of water through the day to keep myself hydrated before my run.
