Hi guys, yesterday I did lower body workout and today I woke up a bit sore on my hamstring. I did an easy 3km recovery. Today's weather was normal at 28 degree celsius and as usual, 1 cup of coffee and I drink 1.5 litre of water during the day to keep hydrated.
