Hi guys, today was a good day so I ran an easy 5km in the early evening at the park. The weather was at 27 degree celsius after 30 minutes of rain. At the background of my picture is a group of people doing Tai Chi exercise. The style is called Qi Gong ( Inner Energy). From my observation, Tai Chi exercise is a slow and controlled movement which enhance blood circulation in our body. As usual had a cup of long black coffee before the run.
