Today's run felt strangely easy. I actually set out for a 10k but felt pretty good at the 6 mile mark and decided to carry on.
This time isn't my fastest though, just my fastest on this app. My 10k pb is around 56 minutes which I did last year before I tore my meniscus.
I intend to run two more times this week if time permits so it's definitely a good start for me.
