[EP203] - Sport for mental resiliance , by @ninjavideo

Hi everyone!

Hope you're all well! Welcome to my video made exclusively for D.Tube .

As I was running, I thought about how sport makes you tougher. You have to do things that you may not want to do (ie, sprint when you're exhausted), you have to dig deep and put your own comfort last in order to perform well. These are all important skills to develop, and if you've ever had a problem with self-discipline then sport might be the answer you're looking for.

There have been so many occasions when I haven't felt like doing something, but have dragged myself up because other people are relying on me... and then had an absolutely great time. Sport is incredibly social and basically can make you feel amazing. I've definitely had a lot of times in my life when indoor soccer, dancing or ninja training has been the highlight of my week.

Make sport a daily habit. What do you think?
