Pull ups and chin ups are super, crazy hard. Hardly anyone can actually do them, even the huge beefy guys at the gym. I'm no master of them at all... but I thought I'd share some techniques that will help you get to a point where you can do a pull up.
There are tools and techniques you can use to lessen the weight you need to pull up, that you can gradually reduce until you are pulling up your actual weight.
