I've spoken before how motivating I see challenges. I had two with my friend and one with my team at work for September... and I did them all. It was great.
They definitely got me out doing things I didn't particularly want to do at the time, but that I'm glad I did. Fitness is hard. It's really hard, that's why almost all of us suck at it... You have to find the thing that motivates you, and use it and abuse it to get what you want. I want to be fit and strong... I just don't always want to do that when I'm comfortable.
