A good amount of steps today, that’s because I ran 10km this morning then I went to work for a couple of hours.
I haven’t done too much running this week as I’m trying to get back into it but I’ve been to the gym 3 times. I’m trying to keep my fitness up as I have a half marathon in a week. I haven’t done a long run for about 3 weeks now but I’m hoping what I have done is a good enough base to get me to the finish line. I was hoping for a pb I had been training well up till the weather changed to more cooler, greyer conditions which led to me struggling to get motivated to go outside. I’m not keen on winter even though temperature wise it’s much better for running but I just struggle with the thought of going out, I’m usually fine once I get out.
