We went to bed last night after a day in the mountains snowboarding... and woke up this morning in our own winter wonderland... it's all so pretty!
Unfortunately, pretty isn't great for running, so in this video I take you through my indoor leg exercises. Basically you want to target the quads (big muscles at the front of your legs), your hamstrings (big muscles below your bottom) and calves (small muscles behind your shins) and so squats, lunges and calve raises are excellent for this.
I actually use a box that I got from Amazon and put together myself... it was super easy and around the $120 mark... way cheaper than buying the amazing foam ones. So I do box jumps, box steps and calf raises.... definitely gets the heart rate going... and I could barely walk afterwards... in a good way.
