Before anyone asks, I don't know what was going on with my sock situation... there's something about country living that just makes you look crazy most of the time.
Thank you to everyone who has commented or watched or upvoted any of my previous 100 Dtube-exclusive videos. I really appreciate all the interactions and the general friendliness of the Steem Blockchain, and it's so easy to share my thoughts, workouts and life with you all.
My current upper body workout is absolutely nothing on what I'd like it to be... but that's the pain of rehab. I do think I'm making very slow progress.... but progress is progress and I'm happy enough with that.
I think it's really important to basically retrain your body with overuse injuries. You basically have to start exercising at just below the point of pain, and gradually push it... I'm definitely able to do exercises that caused pain a month or two ago.
