Welcome to your Day 18 Dedicate practice! A 20 minute practice to stretch, strengthen and anchor you in love. I love this program because it really proves that you can get strong, toned, more flexible and stable in your body without having to push, crunch or put yourself down.
This session was a bit tougher than the last. Lots of time was spent in Downward Facing Dog -- which I think I'm starting to get a bit better at. Numerous sun-salutation vinyasa's, and lots of flowing movements into up(ward)-dog and then into plank and down dog.
Really enjoyed this practice -- feel like it woke my back up nicely before climbing this afternoon!
Also -- I saw this crazy dude way up high working on a building -- didn't seem like the safest way to do things.
