Cardio Conditioning Workout

Cardio conditioning, or simply interval training is esaential for all type of sports either martial arts or endurance sports for optimal performance or lose weight. Many coaches called this workout Tabata, circuit training, sprint interval or fartlek because there are dozens of varitions.

Aside from improving stamina, cardio conditioning also considered by many martial art masters and coaches including myself as a complete workout to build power, speed, agility, flexibility, explosive power and burning fats. It is a proven exercise with many testimonies either by the pro or amateur.

Cardio conditioning consists of a wide selection of controlled movement such as clap push up, power squat, jumping jacks and many more. This workout is divided into 3 major body musxles.Upper body, lower body and core (abdominal muscles and lower back).

It is a very effective workout for those people who don't have much time to workout. The reason behind is that the maximum length for cardio conditioning is around 30 minutes to 45 minutes. The main objective is to pump our heart rate to the maximum to strenghten our heart muscles and improve blood circulation.
