Cycling home and still not under an hour, by @steevc

The Endomondo app reckons it is 17C, but I think it is more like 25C today, which may be the second hottest day of the year so far. I certainly felt the heat on my ride. I seemed to be a little lacking in energy today, but I still got close to an hour. I would just get some satisfaction from getting under that, but it is purely a personal goal. When it comes to cycling I compare myself to others even less than in running where I at least have so idea of how fast I am from parkrun and other events. If I look back at rides I have logged I am now consistently over 20km/h when that used to be the exception, so I have improved even though I just tend to do one ride each week.

I am not sure if I will do parkrun tomorrow. I am playing at the local open mic tonight and that is likely to go on late. The cat had me up early this morning and so I am need of some sleep. I hope to still do a long run on Sunday.

@exhaust:

You have uploaded 15 running activities, and 2 of them have been of similar distances (within 10 percent)! Here are your 5-fastest running activities of a similar distance:

Over these 2 similar activities, you have travelled approximately 43.37 kms at an average pace of roughly 4:17 min/km! Your latest run was at a pace of approximately 02:46min/km! Looks like you went a bit faster than usual this time! Nice work!
