I may try a run tomorrow. It's been over a week since I've been resting my legs, but they are still not quite right.

yeah, today I was up early and had to push myself out of the door, but feel much better for it now

I was not feeling very well so two months ago I started mindful walking basically it's a guided meditation whyle you walk, it motivates you and tell you to be busy watching, staring or being aware of your surroundings, slowly stepped up to mindful running with for me it's mindful jogging slowly. But I'm feeling less tired (physically at least) and gaining endurance.

Walking's great for this, yes, but I also need to push myself regularly, get the heart and lungs working too :)
