Same run to work, but differing feelings.

I've been trying to work with the Strava API recently to see if there is an easy way to get people to upload data to Exhaust. I have never had an issue with importing the data and writing up my description, but I can see other users would find this to be a bit of a road block to getting them on the platform. If you've never worked with API's before, there are two things you need to know: 1. They are not documented very well 2. They are not very easy to use.

This is where my frustration starts, so will stop at this point and discuss my run, as that is more important in this forum. Morning run was great and a slight improvement on my previous weeks runs. There is only about 6 weeks until my next race in Goldcoast and I really need to start doing this run on Friday as well, but have been reluctant as I don't want to overdo things. Will see what happens on Friday.

@exhaust:

You have uploaded 95 running activities, and 12 of them have been of similar distances (within 10 percent)! Here are your 5-fastest running activities of a similar distance:

Over these 12 similar activities, you have travelled approximately 195.99 kms at an average pace of roughly 5:41 min/km! Your latest run was at a pace of approximately 5:09min/km! Looks like you went a bit faster than usual this time! Nice work!

There are no excuses for a consistent runner, you just have to adapt yourself to the conditions of your surroundings with the available resources. @runningproject quote

16 km morning run to work? Now that's some real self-discipline over here!
