Today I felt like my lower back has strengthen and the normal pain has change and its not different, less pain. My legs and posture felt slightly bad and I was constantly auto correcting my posture, for some reason it happened this day. I felt that It was easier to keep up with the pose and I needed to make it correct and at the same time felt how pressure was being liberated from lower back and stomach was getting into play to help support the body.
