Alternative Heading - None Of This Was Here, Last Time I Was In Sydney

Its been about 15 years since the last time I was in Sydney and things have certainly changed since then. There used to be a monorail running through the center of the city, the best place to get coffee in Sydney was Starbucks, and Darling Harbour was a quarter of the size it is now. Well, its not really Darling Harbour, but you can now go from Darling Harbour around the water along restaurants, cafes, apartments, hotels, pubs, parks, etc, etc, etc.

Its beautiful weather at the moment and apparently not usually this warm at this time of the year, so it was nice to get away from my conference for a few minutes and get a nice run in. My GPS data seemed a little weird, but this could just be because I was in a different city I usually run in, or could also be the large buildings around me during the run.

Sydney is very lucky to have this area available to them and it is great to see a lot of runners and walkers taking advantage of it.

@steevc:

I enjoyed Sydney when I was there a few years back. The botanical gardens were nice for a run. Have fun there.

BTW check out #SPUD (Steem Power Up Day). You may get some extra votes by powering up and posting about it today.
