Same workout I did last week but instead of running on a flat path, this time on hills. 1' Fast and 1' Slow, running by feelings and keeping the level of effort independently of the terrain. In total 13 blocks of rhythm changes and 7.6 Km kn of good training, on which 3.5 km done at a high intensity level. Diversity in training is the key to ensuring continuous improvement and avoiding monotony and routine. Tomorrow more and Better. Keep on running! @toofasteddie
