Hi guys, I just completed a resistance band training at home for 17 minutes. The exercise that I did was to build my upper body strength for Judo. I did it using HIIT style, which was 20 seconds for each movement.
I love my resistance bands. They are great for when I am watching TV and want to work on my shoulder a bit :) good job man!
