From now on, I have been doing 30-minute active strength training for fat burning every day for 30 days. 1 complex for 10 days. Thus, there are 3 complexes. It's very cold outside, +6, + 10C during the day. It's cold outside to run now. So I started at home. This is a high intensity fat burning exercise.
