Monday lunchtime yoga w/ @otterside media and Timbo-slice from work.
A nice practice today -- lots of time spent in various "Warrior" postures, building strength in the legs and core. Some balance effort today, and I def felt a bit wobbly. Though, I feel like the stretching and focus on some leg-strength has been helping me with my knees -- which have been sore for the last year or so with some intermittent running. Really enjoying getting back into a regular practice, and I'm starting to feel like I'm getting strong again, when coupled with my efforts in running, cycling and climbing.
Maybe I'll try to squeeze in another session this week.
