This is my first post from Exhaust, I heard about it couple months ago, but newer tried it.
I would like to present my last running activity, from couple weeks I am trying to extend distance, and I think that finally I found a way to do so. This was easy pace run, I focus mostly to make the most comfortable as I could. I tried to keep the same pace trough the whole activity, so it balanced between 5:34 and 5:46. I hope that I will run finally 10K in March.
