Lunchtime yoga session at the downtown Victoria YMCA. Free drop-in class if you have a membership, so I was skeptical about what the class would be like.
Actually really enjoyed it -- wqs good to br in a group setting again instead of just following a video. I feel like you get some kind of energy boost from the other people in the class. Going to try to make thr monday lunch session a regular thing. Theres a class tomorrow at my local climbing gym that I'm going to try to get to as well.
