First foray into following along with a SufferFest video. Suitably, I started with "The Rookie".
I made it about 30 minutes into the 60 minute session. Was trying pretty hard to match the appropriate effort level (with somehow and 8 being "threshhold" somehow). It was actually a lot of fun following along with the video -- more than I thought. Gonna have to get my diet in check if I'm going to be able able to push through some of these videos and get into some extended cardio sessions. Lunch-time ice-cream sandwiches don't really fit into this picture anywehere, I think.
Exciting news! Someone not too far away is selling some cadence / speed sensors. Time to get some data captured!!
