As i mentioned in my previous post, that run was relatively harder for me, i chose to rest for two days this week. I decided to run today instead. It was comparatively easier of course. I managed to get into my regular pace with ease.
The weather was also helpful today. It was sunny with clouds and that helps when you decide to start running at around 10 in the morning.
My pace for the first 2k was way above my average. Fresh legs help. Three kms after that were but slower coz i wanted to save my strength for the weekend run, if i can manage yo get one during our holiday trip.
Garmin fiasco is still going on it seems. I have to manually download my activity to Strava before posting here.
