It felt like it was about 5 inches from the sun today, but I made it out regardless. Felt good!

I had wanted to buy a bicycle last week but it didn't happen. i) I realised I may not really know how to ride one on the streets of Saigon ii) The tyres are so thin and small iii) Streets of Saigon has so many potholes that it may not be the right place to cycle

I should write a post on this .. it would be real fun :)

I always encourage people to ride bikes, or walk. Bike riding is much more fun though. 😄 Of course, having never even been to Saigon, I've no idea what the experience would be like. I'm lucky enough that most of the roads I ride on have actual bike lanes on them.

That's a nice score. I am about to get a new seat so that I can bounce my butt around a bit more. Trying to join late in the season...

I would have liked to have stayed out longer, but it was excessively hot, and now I'm sunburnt too. Oops.

The seat is definitely one of the most important parts of the bike! Seriously, if that's not comfortable, the entire ride is just miserable.
