Morning Run, by @rmsadkri

This morning was not easy. I though I would fly through 5K with my regular speed but it was not meant to be. The shining sun was back again. Humidity and heat could bug you down when you run during lunch hour.

I did not have enough time in the morning to go out for a quick run. Busy with the baby bee, as always. I prefer running in the morning. I have to run today to meet my weekly distance target. The pace was nice in the beginning. The heat and humidity came into play when I reached the 4K mark. Rather than completing a 5K, I decided to shorten the run.

I managed to click a picture of a Church that has been standing there for almost 220 years. Enjoy this beautiful architecture.

Over these 6 similar activities, you have travelled approximately 28.33 kms at an average pace of roughly 5:05 min/km! Your latest run was at a pace of approximately 4.951min/km! Looks like you went a bit faster than usual this time! Nice work! Have a !BEER for your troubles!

This looks like it's Boston lol are you in Boston?! That looks exactly like the Copley square church with the buildings in the background..

@rmsadkri:

No. Not in Boston. It's in Toronto. The Church of the Redeemer.
