My 30 Day Journey Has Concluded, by @mstafford

Today concludes the final day of the 30 Day Yoga Journey (led by Adriene Michler of Yoga with Adriene on YouTube). I gotta say, I didn't make it all the way to the end the last time I participated -- and I wasn't sure what to expect.

With that said, I really enjoyed that the final session was self led. She wasn't hooked up to the microphone guiding the practice, but said you could and should look up for guidance if you want.

I generally just flowed through what felt good at the time. Pressing into some planks and following a chataranga through to upward facing dog -- and easing into downward facing dog for a few breaths.

This practice is after a lively post-work squash match, and I surprisingly don't have any aches or pains. Being intentional with ones movements and placing emphasis on listening to your body seems to be beneficial.

The end of a journey

But the beginning of an adventure. I plan to get back in to a regular yoga practice -- and am hoping to contribute back to the community along the way somehow.

Looking like a good practice! How long youve been practicing Yoga? I just started my journey in September and I feel amazing! Honestly, thats the most beautiful thing a person can do to keep himself in a good shape! Glad you see it too! I`m gonna be posting my Yoga exercises a few times a week, so if you think you may like something check it on. You can take a look at my https://d.tube/#!/v/calisthenicsdrop/pa2mxpkd

Thanks! Definitely been enjoying getting back into it. I've been on and off practicing yoga for about 5 years. And probably been more "off" than "on".

Looking forward to checking out your dtube stuff. Keep it up!

Thanks, dude! It's been a fun journey -- and it has been equally inspiring watching yourself and others train so hard.
