Today I made a slightly longer ride to pass over a Dolmen. It is called Tony's Rock, don't ask me why, but it is known all over the region. I decided to ride in the afternoon as I was busy all morning and it was too hot to get on the bike after lunch. I also added a photo of the view from the mountain. The sky is so clean the view from up the mountain is fantastic.

Over these 6 similar activities, you have travelled approximately 100.48 kms at an average pace of roughly 4:01 min/km! Your latest run was at a pace of approximately 5.672min/km! Looks like you went a bit slower this time! Remember that it's important to take some rest days, and do some rehab / prehab / strength and conditioning training too! If you weren't intending to go slower, take a moment to listen to your body, and see if you need something. Check in with yourself!
