I took a night off of yoga, because I tweaked my neck and needed a day of rest. Feeling much better today.

This practice was good, and wasn't necessarily about being physically powerful. More like listening to your body and understanding how to use whatever power you yourself have. Challenged myself with some leverage in leg lifts.

Feeling pretty good after this. Ready to catch up with a back2back.
