A 14 minute session to gently wake up the body, check in with any areas that might be a little tight or sore and put you back in the driver’s seat. But, for real. Don’t be fooled by this short session.
You know what? That's great. That's exactly what I needed. I just spent the last two days effectively drinking beer and takin' it easy, so it was really nice to have an easy~moderate 'check-in' kind of day. I was feeling a little hung over this morning before breakfast -- but some coffee, water, and a bit of food, and I'm back to a solid 8/10 at least.
Gonna go make me a cup of coffee and some WAFFLES! WOOP WOOP!
Hoping to get out soon here for an afternoon jog, and another yoga session to cool down at the end of the day. We'll see how it goes.
