This should have been Friday evenings yoga session -- but I ended up staying late at work and socializing with people, so I missed doing it then. I actually did this yesterday (Saturday) afternoon after going for a hike. I was wigglin' and wobblin' all over the place.
It probably didn't help matters that we went to the pub before this yoga session -- so my balance was a little bit off due to my own poor timing and scheduling decisions.
Gonna try to crank otu days 25 and 26 today (Sunday) to get back on track.
