Today I was feeling as taking the regular city limits ride but the very first seconds I got on the bike I felt I wanted to go uphill. Then I realized today social distancing rules relax and I officially was able to go beyond the city limits. I had mixed feelings. In a way, I feel we are starting to see the end of the tunnel, but when I think about all the families who have lost a loved one, it is sad.

I was alone in the first trail, a wide one where cars can still ride, started going up and a local police car came by with a good morning, it was the confirmation I was not breaking any rules today. I decided to take a short uphill and then come down on a single track. Boy how have I missed these single tracks!

@exhaust:

You have uploaded 18 cycling activities, and 4 of them have been of similar distances (within 10 percent)! Here are your 5-fastest cycling activities of a similar distance:

Over these 4 similar activities, you have travelled approximately 49.31 kms at an average pace of roughly 4:37 min/km! Your latest run was at a pace of approximately 5.789min/km! Looks like you went a bit slower this time! Remember that it's important to take some rest days, and do some rehab / prehab / strength and conditioning training too! If you weren't intending to go slower, take a moment to listen to your body, and see if you need something. Check in with yourself!
