Back for another week and my marathon training is kicking into gear.
Today my run was mostly a tempo run for 10km after a 2km warm up. The main part of the run was at 85% of my 10km race pace, so fast enough for an afternoon training session. I have to do the same pace for 16km this weekend, so that will be interesting...Was good to get pace for the 10km anyway, and crossing off another training run is always great.
