Hi guys, I did a HIIT (high intensity interval training) yesterday and my lower body especially my hamstring quite sore today, so I did an easy 3km recovery. Today's weather was normal at 30 degree celsius and as usual, 1 cup of coffee and I drink 1.5 litre of water during the day to keep hydrated.
