It's Wednesday again and that means a regular run at 7 pm on a flat and asphalt course. On the streets near my office to be exact.
Since it was two degrees below zero today when I started the run, I decided not to drag myself too much. I went in a day pace tempo and did one wider loop followed by a regular loop that I do every week. The result was like this.
Even with the pit stop at kilometer two, the result was a 5:17 pace in a progressive tempo. Good.
What can the physical state graph tell us? And its sibling the training effect?
