Still excellent sensations today, even after yesterday's very aggressive run. We were 4 fellow runners on the track today, we planned 40' of pure aerobical run, slow pace, chatting about the Catalan struggle but, at the end, we decided to speed up the pace a little, just trying to burn some stress.
I have another race on Sunday so, this week has only one main workout on Wednesday, typically 7x1000 repetitions... The rest of the days will be soft in order to arrive to the race in best possible conditions.
