Timed Lunch Run, by @run.vince.run

This is the second time in two days I have done the park loop looking for a timed fast run. Unlike yesterday the beautiful spring weather made way for a wet and windy afternoon. I did have my co worker as my lunch time running partner today though, gave me a little bit more incentive to run fast.

I struggled a little, especially with a tough session behind me yesterday, but having someone else around helped as it pushed me a little further before I blew up.

@exhaust:

You have uploaded 155 running activities, and 21 of them have been of similar distances (within 10 percent)! Here are your 5-fastest running activities of a similar distance:

Over these 21 similar activities, you have travelled approximately 109.70 kms at an average pace of roughly 5:33 min/km! Your latest run was at a pace of approximately 4.586min/km! Looks like you went a bit slower this time! Remember that it's important to take some rest days, and do some rehab / prehab / strength and conditioning training too! If you weren't intending to go slower, take a moment to listen to your body, and see if you need something. Check in with yourself!
