A delicate and short workout today, a simple Fartlek of 6 repetitions of 2' fast and 2' slow. This is an activation session for tomorrow's hard workout. The fast intervals run by feelings, all of them below 3'50"/km, the slow intervals run at 5'30"/km pace. This week is a competitive week since we have on sunday a 10K race, tomorrow we will perform the main workout consisting on 7x1000 so, no need to waste our energy today. The guy at the pic is a fellow runner who started the workout before my arrival. It has been a very warm day.
