Following my running plan, today I had a workout on a ling and steep stair.
This is what I have done:
Wednesday: 2Km of Warm-up run (jogging) + Stairs (a series of skippings, jumps, and works on steps-stairs) + 2km of soft run + Soft Stretching
The blister on my left foot has improved but when I reached home after the workout it was paining again... I think I am going to take a rest tomorrow and I will do Thursday workout on Friday instead...
Let's see how it evolves then.
