Yes, what is the question?
A flat run into the Magpie's valley and back as is the norm in the last two weeks. It is my favorite training track since it is simple, flat, tarmac and near home.
Today's run was almost identical as it was Friday's. Two seconds faster with a pace of 5:06/min. Nice, I like it.
To be honest, today's plan was an interval workout on the track. 10 times 400 meters in the goal pace. Yet, long working hours both in the office and at home changed this to a surrogate, displayed here.
Still, I am satisfied. Tomorrow a snail pace run will be quite OK. The race is due on Thursday afternoon.
